Acceptance and Refunds for Non-Acceptance.

Acceptance onto the initiative for employers and also their recruiters is subject to passing any mystery application process conducted by the initiative. No refund of fees paid will be made by The Circle Back Initiative if the company fails to pass the mystery application process. This includes both the employer initiative and the recruiter initiative.
